DarkHorse Token is built and run by DarkHorse Automations, an independent one-person automation studio. It has no company behind it, no investors, no treasury seeking funds, and no paid promoters. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Stellar Development Foundation or any exchange.
Everything below is public ledger data. You do not have to believe us; you can read it directly from Horizon, the public Stellar API, or from any block explorer. The point of publishing it is that these are the facts a scammer cannot fake.
| What | Value | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Asset code | DARK | Many different issuers can use the same code. The code alone identifies nothing — the issuer address does. |
| Issuer | GDTMG7H6NYJEE3LKHTU67OYJ4EIS4P7FI5NDBM47KF5ZLF62F5CYYDG7 | This is the only address that issues the real DARK. Anything else using the code is not this project. |
| Master key | Locked (weight 0) | The issuing account can no longer sign. No more DARK can ever be minted. Supply is fixed by the ledger, not by a promise. |
| Clawback | Disabled | The issuer cannot take tokens back out of your account. |
| Freeze (auth revocable) | Disabled | The issuer cannot freeze your balance. |
| Auth required | Disabled | No permission gate — the issuer cannot decide who is allowed to hold it. |
| Home domain | darkhorsetoken.org | Set on the issuing account and pointing back at this site, so the asset and the site vouch for each other. |
Because the master key is locked and there are no other signers, the flags above cannot be changed back either. That is the strongest form of this promise: it is enforced by the network, not by our good behaviour.
A meme token with a locked issuer is still a meme token. It can be worth nothing. It can have no buyers at all. Thin or absent liquidity means there may be no way to exit a position at any price. Locked keys and disabled clawback remove some specific technical risks; they remove none of the economic ones. Anyone telling you otherwise — including anyone claiming to speak for this project — is not telling you the truth.
The most common way people lose money on Stellar is buying a different token with the same code. Always check the issuer address, character for character, against the one in the table above. We will never contact you first, never ask for your secret key or seed phrase, and never send you a link to connect a wallet.
If something on this page is factually wrong, say which specific field is wrong and we will check it against the ledger and fix it. The ledger wins over anything written here, including by us.
